Big Risks
Below you can find the letter included in our Benefit Night program:
Dear Friend of Cedar,
This year is full of firsts: our first senior class, our first graduation ceremony, our first operating budget over $1M, hiring our first Assistant Head of School, sending upperclassmen to Student Statesmanship Institute or on their East Coast trip for the first time.
It is also full of lasts: our last year with these four beloved young people, their last papers and opening ceremonies and school events.
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.
This year is even full of nexts: praying about our next campus, our next class of seniors, our next immediate goals in our path as we seek to grow to 250 students by 2035. We know that God will be as faithful over the next seven years as he has been for the last seven. We invite you to prayerfully consider giving to our remaining need for our next academic year.
Big Rewards
Throughout the past seven years, you have been part of our story and the stories of these students entrusted daily to our spiritual and intellectual formation here at Cedar Classical Academy. Thank you for supporting this work since 2019. Thanks for being part of our story.
In partnership,
Jack Hummel
